2. Fill in the personal archive schedule
The personal archive schedule of customers, suppliers and employees,
provides the following items:
Code: Insert a code which identifies unequivocally
the customer, supplier or the employee; this code will be
used for calling up the personal archives at the stage of compilation
of orders for receipt and payment.
Name 1 and Name 2: insert the company name if you are
dealing with a company and the surname and first name if you
are dealing with an individual.
Address, Post code, Town, District: enter the full
address of the customer, the supplier or the employee.
Tax Code Number/VAT Registration Number: enter the
Tax Code Number for an individual or the VAT Registration
Number where dealing with a company.
ABI, CAB, Account Number, CIN: insert the full bank
details: ABI code of the Bank, CAB code of the bank branch,
account number and CIN code; for suppliers and employees
personal archives the insertion of the account number is indispensable
for the correct compilation of the payment orders.
Telephone, Fax: insert the telephone and fax number
of the customer, supplier or employee.
Note: under this item you can insert any comments you
wish to add.
Customer, Employee, Supplier: select the item corresponding
to the type of record.
Depending of the type of personal archive selected for display, the
customer, supplier or employee box will be filled automatically.
If the symbol
appears in the customer, employee or supplier box this means
that that type of personal archive will be saved. To cancel that selection
it is necessary to click again on same box and the symbol
will disappear. It is possible to save the same name at the
same time for both types of personal archive available, for example
both as customer and as supplier.
The personal archive schedule for overseas suppliers provides the following
items:
Code: insert a code which identifies the supplier unequivocally;
this code will be used to call up the personal archives at the stage
of compilation of the overseas bank transfer.
Name: insert the corporate name where dealing with the company
or surname and first name where dealing with an individual.
Address, Banking Domicile: insert the full address of the
overseas supplier.
Bank Details Section: insert the full bank details.
Account: account number; BIC Code: bank identifying code;
Currency - select the initials which identify the currency
used in the account. The
button displays the list of the currencies that can be selected.
Bank, Branch: name of the bank and branch.
Special Payment Instructions Section: insert any further
information useful for the bank transfer operation.
Job Title Reference, Name Reference: job title and
name of the reference person; Contact: use the
button to select the type of contact desired (for the bank,
for notice to third parties); Notify: use the to
select the method of contact (by telephone, by fax).

confirm to save the new record

back to cancel the transaction and return to the list
of personal archives.
