Payment Transactions : F24: amend payment form


1. Click on new to insert a new F24 tax form

2. Fill in the F24 unified tax form

Every F24 payment form is made up of 6 sections. The section Tax Payer, to be completed with the personal details of the tax payer and the bank details for the payment of tax; the Inland Revenue section, to be completed with the details of the direct taxes such as: VAT, withholding taxes, other contributions and relative interest; the INPS section, to be completed with codes for the INPS contributions; the Regions and Local Authorities section to be completed with the contributions to be paid to the Regions and other Local Authorities; the Other Social Welfare and Insurance bodies to be completed with the transactions relative to the other social welfare and insurance bodies (INAIL); the Excise section to be completed with the details of sanctions.
Independently of the section activated, in the lower part of the work window buttons are available, which allow you to select directly each one of the sections that make up the F24 unified tax form.

To fill in the individual sections, select the corresponding button displayed in the work window.

The TAX PAYER SECTION contains the following items:
Box on the upper right hand side: must be selected only in the event that the year entered does not coincide with the calendar year. The item is selected if the symbol appears.
Tax Code: insert the taxpayer’s tax code number.
PERSONAL DETAILS: in the items surname, name or company name, insert the surname of the tax payer of the name or company name in the event of a company; in the items date and town (or foreign country) of birth, insert respectively and the date and the town and district of birth of the tax payment; select the gender of the tax payment (M=Male; F=Female) the item is selected if the symbol
appears
TAX DOMICILE: in the items municipality, district, street and number insert the tax domicile (municipality, district, street and number) of the tax payer.
PAYMENT DETAILS: in the item payment date insert the date to which the payment of contributions refers; in the item bank/post office/concessionary code with the button select the bank details (ABI, CAB and account number) which identify the bank branch, post office branch and/or the concessionary where the payment of the F24 form will be made.
Box on the lower left hand side: select this item only if the payment made by an heir, parent, tutor or curator in bankruptcy. The item is select if the symbol appears.

The INLAND REVENUE SECTION contain the following items:
Contribution code: this is the code which identifies the type of contribution relative to direct taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, other contributions, interest).
Instalment/Region/District.: indicate the number of the instalment chosen for the payment and any region/district code.
Year of Reference: indicate the year to which the contribution refers.
Debit amounts paid and Credit amounts reimbursed: insert for each contribution the relative amounts.
Total A, Total B, Balance (A-B): the total of the debit amounts paid, the total of credit amount reimbursed and the relative balance to the Inland Revenue section will be automatically calculated.
Fine Document Code insert the number of the document corresponding to any fine to be paid.
Final Balance this item is adjourned automatically on the basis of the amount inserted in each section which make up the tax form showing the total amount to be paid.

The INPS SECTION contains the following items:
Office Code: indicate the code of the INPS office to which the contribution refers.
Contribution justification: indicate the code that identifies the justification for the payment.
INPS Registration No./INPS Code/Branch/Agency: indicate the registration number or the INPS code of the taxpayer.
Reference period: indicate the contribution period the format of which varies depending on the type of justification selected (for example yyyy, mmyyyy, etc.)
Debit amounts paid and Credit amounts reimbursed: insert the relative amount for each payment.
Total C, Total D, Balance (C-D): the total of the debit amounts paid, the total of the credit amounts reimbursed and the total balance relative to the INPS section will be calculated automatically.
Final balance: this item is automatically updated on the basis of the amounts inserted in each section which makes up the tax form showing the overall total to be paid.

The REGIONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES SECTION is set out in two parts: the upper part relates to contributions due to the regions and the lower part relates to the contributions due to local authorities. That section contains the following items;Region Code or Local Authority Code: insert the code of the region of the code of the local authority to which contribution pertains.
Contribution Code: indicate the code of the contribution to be paid.
Instalment and Year of reference: indicate the period of contribution the format of which varies on the basis of the type of contribution selected (for example yyyy, yyyy/yyyy, etc.).
Debit amounts paid and Credit amounts reimbursed: insert the amount relative to each payment.
Total E, Total F, Balance (E-F), Total G, Total H, Balance (G-H): the total of the debit amounts paid, the total of the credit amounts reimbursed and the total balance relative to the Regions and Local Authorities section will be calculated automatically.
Final balance: this item is automatically updated on the basis of the amounts inserted in each section which makes up the tax form showing the overall total to be paid.

The SECTION OTHER SOCIAL WELFARE AND INSURANCE BODIES is set out in two parts: the upper part relatives to the contributions to the INAIL and the lower part due to other social welfare and insurance bodies. That section contains the following items:

For the part relating to INAIL: Office code: indicate the code of the INAIL office to which the contribution is to be paid.
Assurance Position number and account number: indicate the number of insurance position and the account with the INAIL.
Reference Number: indicate the reference number of the transaction.
Justification: indicate the justification code for the transaction.
Debit amounts paid and Credit amounts reimbursed: insert the amount relative to each payment.
Total I, Total L, Balance (I-L): the total of the debit amounts paid, the total of the credit amounts reimbursed and the total balance relative to the INAIL in the section Other Social Welfare and Insurance Bodies will be calculated automatically.

For the part relating to other social welfare and insurance bodies:
Code of the body and office code: indicate the code of the office to which the contribution is due.
Contribution justification: indicate the justification code for the transaction.
Position code: indicate the number of the social welfare or insurance position.
Reference period: indicate the contribution period the format of which varies on the basis of the type of justification selected (for example yyyy, mmyyyy, etc.).
Debit amounts paid and Credit amounts reimbursed: insert the amount relative to each payment.
Total M, Total N, Balance (M-N): the total of the debit amounts paid, the total of the credit amounts reimbursed and the total balance relative to the section Other Social Welfare and Insurance Bodies will be calculated automatically.

The EXCISE SECTION contains the following items:
Region Code: indicate the code of the region to which the contribution refers.
Contribution Code: indicate the code that identifies the justification for the contribution.
Company Code: indicate the code of the company of the taxpayer.
Debit amounts paid: insert the relative amount due for each contribution.
Total O, Balance O: the total of the debit amounts paid, and the total balance relative to the section Excise will be calculated automatically.
Final balance: this item is automatically updated on the basis of the amounts inserted in each section which makes up the tax form showing the overall total to be paid.
